Blue Screen of Death Blues

Recently, one of the worst things that can happen to any computer owner happened!...Signed in onto my computer one morning to discover the dreaded blue screen of death

All my files were still there but all of my programs had been wiped! And when trying to get help from the customer service help on some websites are so dang painful to deal with

This pretty much sums up how I felt trying to solve problems
